FairPlay Global — Clear Check of Licence 365/JAZ and India Status
A FairPlay global search is really two questions. Which licence sits behind the FairPlay lobby? Curaçao licence 365/JAZ, as FairPlay prints it. And where does Indian law stand? The Online Gaming Act 2025, with its Rules in force from 1 May 2026, prohibits online money games.
FairPlay Licence 365/JAZ: the Official Curaçao Number, Read Plainly
Start with the number. FairPlay prints Curaçao gaming licence 365/JAZ in the short note that sits at the foot of its own pages, and the same note says the brand has offered sports betting and casino games since 2017. The FairPlay home page repeats it in a small facts table (one row, Licence, Curaçao 365/JAZ). The casino page carries it again.

A licence number answers one thing only. It names the regulator FairPlay says it answers to.
What it cannot do is tell you how Indian law treats an Indian player who logs in to a Curaçao-licensed FairPlay lobby from India, and a lot of FairPlay global searches fold those two questions into one, wich is why the H1 above keeps them apart. Separate questions, separate answers.
Verified, on this page, means something narrow. We checked that FairPlay prints 365/JAZ the the same way on every page where it appears. We did not look the number up in a Curaçao register, so read it as FairPlay's statement about itself, not as our stamp on it.
There is one more wrinkle. FairPlay's footer calls the platform licensed and says it promotes responsible gambling, and the home page text adds that its services are secure and legal. That line comes from FairPlay. The FairPlay About Us page takes a much more careful view of India, which the law section further down covers.
FairPlay Global Companies: an Official Ledger of Names and Places
Ask FairPlay for an address in India and you will not get one. The About Us page spreads the brand across several overseas companies, then lists them. Five names. Three jurisdictions.

We kept the ledger in a different order from FairPlay's list on purpose, since the order there carries no meaning that FairPlay explains. Nothing about ranking.
The practical use is simple enough. When some site, Telegram channel or app uses the FairPlay name and claims to be the company, these five names and three places are what FairPlay itself says stands behind the brand, and FairPlay's About Us page asks readers to keep the brand apart from each individual company, because management, technical and operating roles can sit with different entities in different countries. Hard to check from India, admittedly, but at least you know which names to look for.
One thing the ledger does not settle is ownership. That is a separate record, below.
FairPlay Global and India's ED: the Verified Public Record, Kept in Context
The name behind FairPlay is one of the questions FairPlay's own About Us page says people search for most. Its answer leans on India's Directorate of Enforcement, the ED.
What the ED has said about FairPlay
In public statements the ED calls one man, surnamed Shah, a key person behind Fairplay. The agency also connects him to FairPlay-linked firms in three places (Malta, Curaçao and Dubai) and says that significant FairPlay operating activity was coordinated from Dubai. Other people are named in the same public records for technical, financial and operating work.
How FairPlay frames that record
FairPlay's About Us page says the word owner may oversimplify things, because the brand is tied to several legal entities and roles differ by company and by country. It presents the ED material as statements from investigations and legal proceedings. Not as final court findings.
We follow the same line here, and for a plain reason: the ED record comes from an investigation, nothing in our FairPlay sources says a court has ruled on it, and a page that turns agency statements into a verdict would be claiming more then the record shows. So no verdict here.
What a reader can take from it is narrower, and probably more useful. India's own enforcement agency treats FairPlay as an operation run from outside India, mostly from Dubai, which fits the company ledger above and fits the absence of any India entity. That is the factual picture. Nothing more is claimed.
Where FairPlay Stands Under India's Gaming Act: Clear Dated Steps
Short answer first: this page cannot call FairPlay legal in India, and it does not try. Here is the dated sequence instead, built only from what FairPlay's own pages say.
- 2017. Year one, by the FairPlay footer. Nothing Indian on the paperwork then or since.
- 2025. One national rulebook replaces the old state-by-state picture. Its formal title is long (Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act); for a FairPlay player the point is that it covers the whole country at once.
- 1 May 2026. Switch-on day. The companion Rules, dated 2026, start to apply, so the Act stops being text on paper.
- What it bans. Real-money play online. FairPlay's About Us page adds that running such games, enabling them, advertising them or pushing them is caught as well.
- 10 Oct 2026, the day we read the pages. FairPlay's About Us page cites the 2025 Act and its Rules. The FairPlay home and betting pages still carry older wording that says betting law is mostly a state matter and asks players to check local rules.
Those last two lines disagree. Hold that thought for a second.
The state-by-state wording on the FairPlay home page reads like it was written before the 2025 Act, while the About Us page describes a single national framework in which online money games are banned outright, and when a brand's own pages contradict each other on the one question that matters most, the newer and more specific text is the one to weigh, then the Act itself. That is a reading of FairPlay's pages, not legal advice.
FairPlay sets 18 as its minimum age. If you are weighing any FairPlay account at all, read the 2025 Act and the 2026 Rules first, and look at the FairPlay responsible gaming limits such as deposit caps, session limits and self-exclusion.
One thing we will not do is soften this. A Curaçao number does not override an Indian statute.
fairplay.global at 11:16 IST: a Live FairPlay Global Screen Test
Plenty of people who type fairplay global are not after law at all. They want the fairplay.global address. So we opened it from an India VPS on 10 Oct 2026, a 390px phone-width screen, and wrote down what loaded.
At 11:11 IST it gave no response. Five minutes later, at 11:16, www.fairplay.global loaded with the page title Online Casino & Sports Betting, which is where things got interesting, because the screen looked nothing like the lobby that FairPlay's working addresses such as fairplay.cam and fairplay1.link were showing that same morning. Unstable, and different.

The bonus line is the clearest mismatch. FairPlay's own bonus and home pages put the welcome offer at up to 300% on a first deposit, so a 500% tile does not line up with anything FairPlay publishes. We did not install the app the fairplay.global popup offered, which means we cannot say what it is or who built it.
Which FairPlay screens matched each other that day
Set the fairplay.global screen beside the ones that agreed with each other. fairplay.cam and fairplay1.link both went 301 to www and then 200 at 13:15 to 13:16, with the INPLAY, FANTASY, SPORTS EXCH tab row; 24fairplay.com and fairplay24.care did the same at 12:37 and are covered on the FairPlay 24 domains page. All four say an existing ID and password carry over. Blocked names are why there are four.
Not every FairPlay-looking name passes. One that failed outright, fairplaypro.com, put up a bare Index title and a download prompt for an APK file, which our FairPlay Pro notes look at in detail (short version: do not install it).
A FairPlay address check you can repeat on any screen
None of this needs special tools. It is the same comparison we ran on 10 Oct, written as steps, so you can run it the next time a new FairPlay name turns up in a search or a Telegram message.
- Look at the tab row. The FairPlay lobby on the working addresses showed INPLAY, FANTASY, SPORTS EXCH, SPORTSBOOK and MORE, with market rows marked Min : 100.
- Look at the bottom bar. LIVE CARD, LIVE CASINO, SLOT GAMES and CRASH GAMES matched across fairplay.cam and fairplay1.link.
- Read the browser tab title. fairplaypro.com, myfairplay.com and fairplay111.com showed only the word Index, which tells you nothing about who runs them.
- Treat any popup that pushes an APK or an app install as a stop sign. The FairPlay app is downloaded from the official site, not from a popup on a look-alike address.
- Check the bonus number. FairPlay publishes a welcome offer of up to 300%; a screen promising more than that does not match FairPlay's own pages.
Pass all five and the screen at least looks like the FairPlay lobby we saw. That is still a check of appearance, not of ownership, and it can change by the hour.
Typing fairplay com or fairplay in instead
FairPlay's own login and sign-up pages describe fairplay com and fairplay in as navigational searches, meaning people type them hoping to land on the brand. On 10 Oct, fairplay.in gave no response at all. FairPlay's About Us page also warns that third-party sites use the Fairplay name and asks users to rely on verified brand information, which is roughly what the table above tries to do for one address on one day.

Most fairplay global queries land here wanting one fact checked, and that fact is Curaçao licence 365/JAZ, which FairPlay prints on its own pages next to the 2017 start year. Short and fixed.

People who search fairplay live global are often looking for either fairplay.live or fairplay.global. On 10 Oct 2026 fairplay.live gave no DNS answer, and fairplay.global loaded only on the second try, with a screen that differs from the fairplay.cam lobby.

India's Directorate of Enforcement calls one individual a key person behind Fairplay and says operations ran from Dubai; those are investigation statements, not a court verdict.

Nothing we saw proves it. The 500% joining bonus tile on fairplay.global clashes with the up to 300% welcome offer FairPlay publishes, its tabs differ from the fairplay.cam lobby, and it pushed an app install. It also failed to load at 11:11 IST on 10 Oct 2026 before opening at 11:16.
Can I use a FairPlay global app login in India?
We cannot vouch for the app the fairplay.global popup offered, because we did not install it. The app on FairPlay's own app page is a 21.34 MB Android APK from the official site plus an iPhone home-screen shortcut, and it takes the same FairPlay ID. Read India's 2025 Act before using any of it.
