FairPlay Live Notes Terms and Conditions — Fair Use, Copy Limits, Adults Only
Short rules for a small site. FairPlay Live terms here mean the conditions for reading FairPlay Live Notes: we track what FairPlay shows on its screens and pass ID requests to a desk, yet we are not FairPlay and no bet is ever placed with us. Adults of 18 and over only.
What FairPlay Live Notes Offers — Free Reading, Not the Official Operator
Notes, not a sportsbook. FairPlay Live Notes collects what FairPlay itself shows on its login screens, lobby tabs, offer pages and help sections, then sets it out page by page so you can check an address or a bonus rule before you sign in somewhere else.
- What you get here Plain write-ups of FairPlay login, sign-up, payments, offers and working addresses, free to read.
- What you never get here A FairPlay wallet, a bet slip, a deposit page or any decision on your account. Those stay with FairPlay.
Balances, KYC papers and bet history sit with FairPlay too, so a dispute about any of them goes to FairPlay support, never to us.
FairPlay Pages Are for Adults — A Strict 18+ Rule
Under 18? Please close the tab. FairPlay sets its own age limit at 18+, and FairPlay Live Notes keeps the same line, which means every page here, from the FairPlay offer notes to the address checks, is written for adults only.
A second check is yours to make. Our FairPlay notes name the Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act 2025 on the pages where it bites, with Rules in force from 1 May 2026 that prohibit online money games, yet nothing here is a reading of that Act for your own case.
Links Out to the FairPlay ID Desk — Trusted Route, Separate Terms
Sign-up buttons leave. Press one on any FairPlay Live Notes page and a new tab opens at 99exchlogin.com.in, the FairPlay ID desk we work with.
Once that tab opens, its own rules apply, and the same goes for any FairPlay address you visit from a link here, because those sites belong to other owners and FairPlay Live Notes cannot answer for their uptime, their offers or what they ask you to share. Addresses also get blocked and moved (that is why the list keeps changing), so a link that worked last week may not work today.
The FairPlay Power Meter — Free Demo Fun, No Prize or Cash
It is a toy. The Power Meter on the left edge sweeps across cells named after FairPlay offer types and stops where you press, and that is the whole of it: no prize, no cash, no credit to any FairPlay account, and nothing you can claim afterwards from us or from FairPlay.
Real offers, with their own amounts and wagering, are set by FairPlay alone. The FairPlay Live home page has the opener if you want a spin.
Copying FairPlay Live Notes — Easy Fair-Use Limits
- Fine Quoting a line or two about FairPlay with a link back to the page it came from.
- Not fine Lifting whole pages, tables or images onto another site, or passing our FairPlay notes off as official FairPlay text.
- The logo up top That FairPlay logo in our header only signals which sportsbook these notes cover. It does not mean FairPlay wrote, checked or approved a word of FairPlay Live Notes.
Spotted a Wrong FairPlay Fact? — Fast Corrections via Contact Us
FairPlay changes things. A bonus cap moves, a screen gets a new tab, an address stops loading, and our page can fall behind for a while before anyone notices.
If you see a FairPlay figure here that no longer matches what FairPlay shows, send the page link and what you saw through the Contact Us form for FairPlay Live Notes, and we will check it against the live FairPlay screen and correct the page. Short version? Tell us, we recheck.
Changes to These FairPlay Terms — Clear Dated Updates
These terms were last updated on 10 October 2026. When FairPlay Live Notes adds a feature or FairPlay changes how its addresses work, this page may change too, and the date above moves with it.
Using the site after an update means the new version applies. Two related pages sit alongside this one: what FairPlay Live Notes logs about a visit and FairPlay limits, timers and self-exclusion.
